Xi Nian Kuai Le!


Hey there! This January 26,2017, we high school students,including us, Sophomores,  competed in Chinese Choral Singing. With our song entitled  "最炫民族风" , we gladly won 2nd place with a cash prize. We got less than 2 weeks to practice,due to our quarterly examination, still, we managed our time and it was fun to have a bonding moment with my classmates. We got to exchange dance steps and techniques. We got good remarks such as endearing and fresh.

All other contestants are good as well, they have good combinations of songs. Pop, Hiphop, Countryside and others which made this year's competition challenging.

As a Chinese School, We celebrated the Chinese New Year in our Gymnasium this January 27, 2016. It was a fun experience, we got a glimpse of China from the diverse and cultural dances that was presented by the students. From the elementary up to high school level, the song and dance numbers were very much prepared with their colorful costumes and booming rythms.


This year 2017, Year Of the Rooster. My family and I are hoping for a year of prosperity , good health and good luck and I wish you too as well. Happy New Year
